Flip-Flops are all the rage this election year

Why would the Bush Re-election campaign be silly enough to make "flip-flopping" an issue? As George Bush is forced to speak out loud without prewritten responses the man is bound to jumble up his words in a way that will surely be contradictory. In fact, he just did that this week. It seems the war on terror is both unwinable and winable. That's some tricky double speak, or flip-flopping!
