The world's most developed nation will be sick this winter

How the hell is the United States, the global leader in just about everything (but common sense) not going to be able to provide its citizens with flu vaccines this year? Are there no back-up options? We rely on one single plant in Britian for our nations supply of flu-vaccines? Really? Let's hope we never have a real anthrax scare, we'll all be dead.
